2010 Dallas Suspension Practitioner Convention
Payment and Lodging
You must be registered to attend on the event days. If you have not already done so please fill out the Event Registration/Application Form.
Applicants will not be accepted after March 1st, 2010

Lodging:
There are two main options for Lodging this year:
a.) Group Hotel:
This years' event hotel will be the Sheraton Suites Dallas Market Center, a 3.5 star ALL SUITE hotel. The hotel is located three miles from the venue. Venue address: 1800 Lear St. There will be a shuttle service running from the hotel to the event venue. To book your room at the hotel, you need to use this web page: BOOK A ROOM AT THE GROUP HOTEL. Click the "book now" link to get our specially discounted rate of $67.85 per room/night - $203.55 for the weekend. Booking is possible until March 3 only and rooms are limited! Please call the hotel directly at (214) 747-3000 should you want to book additional nights outside of the event dates or have other questions. There will be a shuttle* running from the hotel to and from the venue as well as to and from the airport
b.) Shared vacation houses:
Additionally, we have rented two fully equipped vacation homes to provide attendees with a financially and socially viable alternative to staying in a hotel. Check here and here for details and amenities. The charge for the shared housing is $70 per person for the weekend. Space in these is somewhat limited and will be apportioned on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a shuttle* running from the house to and from the venue as well as to and from the airport

If you cannot pay for shared housing via paypal please email the housing team for other payment options. Additionally, should you want to arrive earlier and/or stay after the event, this is possible - but space is (very) limited.

*Shuttle times will be based on the needs of large groups. If you plan to travel via shuttle please plan your schedule accordingly and/or be prepared to wait until the shuttle is full.
