- Informed Consent - Whether you plan to hang or not please print and fill out this form - DO NOT FILL IN YELLOW AREAS
- General Admission Form - You will need this form AND your ID to enter the venue

- Suscon Protocols - Please read and familiarize yourself with this year's protocols. We will have limited copies available at the convention for you to read. However, we recommend printing this document for your own records and future reference.

Attendee and Team
Requirements, Requests and Suggestions
Each attendee is required to bring
their own hooks/shackles. (or have their hooks/shackles supplied by their suspension team) All hooks/shackles will be single use and returned to the attendee post suspension. Protocol for post suspension hook management will be sent by email prior to the event and covered at orientation. Limited quantities of hooks and shackles will be available for purchase at the event. NO REUSE OF SHACKLES THIS YEAR
Each attendee is requested to bring
knife, eye protection, lighter (to burn ends of rope.) Limited amounts of each will be available for use. However, as a practitioner these items should already be a part of your personal equipment.
Each suspension team is requested to bring
one set of structural rigging. (Rope, pulleys and connective hardware) We are requesting and not requiring rigging due to certain travel restrictions. Also, bringing extra massage tables. trash cans, mayo stands etc will help for the event to run smoother.
Other suggested equipment to bring:
Harness, Work Gloves, Custom Rigs, Comfortable shoes, Change of clothes, etc
The event organizers will be providing:
- One meal Saturday and one meal Sunday
- Snacks and refreshments Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Spansets
- Crane or similar outdoor lift
- All disposable supplies
- Personal Protective Equipment (you may also supply your own)
- Statim autoclave (sterilization of clean equipment only)
- LCD projector with audio/PA system
- Free Admission to the Friday Party
- Classes, Structure and Safety Protocols
- A positive environment for suspension practitioners to learn and work together as a community
