I’m sure everyone that has suspended remembers their first time in the air; for many it can be quite a challenging and intense experience. The hardest part for a lot of people is simply getting past the idea that it will hurt too much or that they won’t be able to do it. Being in the right environment and having someone facilitate the suspension who can make you comfortable with what is going on both play a huge role in the experience you will have. For his first suspension John Babor sought out the help of Micah Greenlay in Chicago to suspend him, along with Shaun Sullivan and his film crew to document the experience.
The film is wonderfully done, and everything from the backdrop to the musical choice gives it the feel of being a very peaceful and relaxing experience. Thank you so much for sending this our way Micah, it was a pleasure to watch.
